It was really good to see so many at the Christingle Service on Christmas Eve. It was also gratifying to see among the congregation, those parents who first brought their children over 30 years ago and are now sitting with their grandchildren; part of a tradition that says “Christmas starts here”.
£254 was raised for The Children’s Society which first introduced the service into this country in 1968. 110 Christingles were presented to the children and some grandparents. Thank you all for taking part.
